From an early age, I’ve always been passionate about health & fitness. I recently graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, providing me with an evidence-based understanding of human physiology, nutrition, and performance. With also 9 years’ experience in competitive rowing, I’ve gained valuable insight into endurance and strength training, as well as discipline.
